Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FulPulse platform and website operated by FulPulse ("FulPulse", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
FulPulse provides a dashboard for order management, reporting, team roles, and Shopify synchronisation for online stores. We may update, add, or remove features over time to improve the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You must be authorised to bind the business you register on behalf of.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis through our payment provider. Fees are stated at sign-up and may change with at least 30 days’ notice. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Data & Shopify
When you connect a Shopify store, you authorise FulPulse to access store data needed to provide the service. You retain ownership of your data. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
FulPulse and its content, excluding your data, are owned by us and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
7. Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, FulPulse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination you may export your data for 30 days.
