Refund Policy
We want you to be confident using FulPulse. This policy explains how refunds work for our subscription plans.
1. Free trial
New accounts include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any time before it ends without any fee.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed. We do not pro-rate partial months.
3. Refund requests
If you were charged in error, or experienced a significant service issue we could not resolve, contact us within 14 days of the charge at hello@fulpulse.com. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
